Coordinator, Education Experience

The BrainStation Education Experience team works to reinvent the traditional educational experience. Students and educators will be in contact with you on a daily basis as they move through their professional development journey in digital skills learning.  Your role is to support them throughout this process to ensure success and excellent customer service throughout.


  • Work with the Education Experience Manager to help develop and execute the experience for students, Instructors and Alumni at BrainStation
  • Primary point of contact for student inquiries and provide the best experience with every student engagement at BrainStation
  • Develop relationships with Industry and Hiring partners to support BrainStation’s career services and alumni programming  
  • Participate in the tech community and build the BrainStation education brand beyond our campus
  • Track and report student data to measure program success and alumni outcomes
  • Collaborate in creating programs and strategies that optimize the BrainStation student community, for both active students and alumni  

Successful candidates will have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1 - 3 years experience in a customer service role
  • A proven passion for all thing tech and all things digital
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking experience
  • A dedication to providing the best customer service
  • Willingness to help out where needed in all facets of the organization
  • Demonstrable knowledge of pathways leading to specific career outcomes in a broad spectrum of areas within the technology industry is a strong asset
