Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing the sales pipeline and working to establish and execute on individual sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Using a combination of traditional sales methodologies and cutting-edge technology tools, the Inside Sales Representative utilizes expert product knowledge to analyze a customer’s needs and maximize  sales potential by offering products to fit their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Under the leadership of the growth manager, you create, lead and execute your student recruitment strategy
  • Actively listen to customers, analyze their learning goals and offer individual solutions based on product knowledge
  • Manage a personal engagement strategy to convert prospects into sales opportunities
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone conversations
  • Execute and identify strategic sales opportunities through community initiatives
  • Identify missed opportunities and address these in our daily standups

Successful candidates will have

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years experience in a sales environment
  • An obsession with learning, and the ability to make new friends locally
  • A proven ability to work independently, under pressure, while crushing targets
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong skills engaging in conversations with small and large groups
  • A proven work ethic with the utmost integrity and desire to excel and succeed
  • Self-awareness, with a desire for constant self improvement
  • Motivation driven by KPI’s
  • An outgoing, energetic, upbeat and fun personality
  • Previous experience in student recruitment (an asset)
