Lead Generation Intern

Lead Generation Coordinator

As the Lead Generation Intern, you will play a key role in BrainStation’s Marketing department, which works to generate traffic and qualified leads, and increase visibility for the brand's programs, courses, workshops, enterprise training, and events. Reporting to the Manager, Growth you will help maintain current marketing channels and discover new channels to drive leads, and improve lead quality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities related to BrainStation’s paid and search channels, including Google Ads, organic search, and third-party sites.
  • Reviewing performance of each channel and making recommendations.
  • Constantly searching for new keyword ideas and marketing opportunities to increase traffic and brand awareness.
  • Review Google Analytics and backend analytics platforms to monitor performance.
  • Working with Growth teams to develop strategies specific to each channel and campus.
  • Implementing regular search promotions and campaigns (e.g. ad groups, organic search strategies, etc.)
  • Updating weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs and reporting on the effectiveness of search marketing strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with search marketing best practices, technologies, and trends.
  • Identifying new channels and opportunities to increase lead generation
  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and maintaining of growth platforms.

The successful candidate will have

  • Background in search marketing, including Google Ads and SEO an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring ad copy is consistent and aligned with the brand.
  • An understanding of website analytics.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently.
  • A proven work ethic and desire to accel and succeed.
  • A passion for education, and a knowledge of the subjects taught within BrainStation.
